Martial arts was always something I wanted to do. One day I decided to go to the dojang and sign up, and after my first class I was hooked. I was amazed at how good the Black Belts were in the American Kimudo Federation and I decided I wanted to be one. The thing I like most about being involved with Martial Arts is all of the great people I have met and have had the opportunity train with. I have been blessed to train with a lot of really great folks. There is something that can be said about trusting your training partners and helping each other become better. If it wasn't for the Martial Arts, I wouldn't have had the chance to meet Master Garrison, who has taught me so much over the years, both physically and mentally.- Matt Stauner, 2nd degree black belt Kyu-ki Do
