Holly Zastrow is a senior instructor at Barrington Tiger Academy and a 3rd-degree black belt in Kyu-ki Do and 2nd degree in Hapkido. She has been studying under Master Garrison for 20 years. She has been an outstanding role model at TMA with many awards in competition including grand champion black belt in traditional weapons.
Holly is an accomplished instructor of self-defense techniques and uses her skills to better influence students in their journey to success.
Holly is a certified dietary consultant and received her certification from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts. Holly can address such issues as dieting and lifestyle changes, herbal support, exercise needs, and working with individuals to customize their nutritional choices. Holly helps people to understand the importance of nutrition and influences students to be healthier through both martial arts and eating well.
It’s all about treating the whole body, the whole self, We work from the inside out. When you’re working out with martial arts, you want to be able to feel your best. It takes a lot of output and energy. If you don’t feel good, you’re not going to look good and perform well.
